Ann Wiggins

Ann I. (Russell) Wiggins, age 74, of Mounds View – MN and formerly of Charles City – IA, passed away at home on Tuesday, July 14, 2020. She was born to Donald and Ruth Russell on January 23, 1946 in Mason City, IA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Ruth; infant son, Everett; and brothers, Charles and Richard. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of nearly 53 years, John; children, Ellen (Sean), Eric (Jena), Ethan (Cassandra), Emily, Edith; grandchildren, Autumn, Justin, Nathanael, Reesa, Keegan, Kendall, Sam; sister, Mary Beth; sister-in-law, Joyce; and other family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, July 20th at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 HWY 65 NE – Fridley, from 5-8:00pm with a Time of Remembrance at 7:00pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Tuesday, July 21st at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Avenue – New Brighton, at 11:30 am with a visitation one hour prior.

Interment at Calvary Cemetery on Clark street in Charles City, IA on Wednesday, July 22nd at 1:00pm.
