Ann Carter

Annabelle Gvesrude was born to Louis and Ida Gvesrude on January 18th, 1939 in Milton, ND. In 1941 the family moved to Duluth, MN where Ann and her 3 sisters grew up. Ann left the Duluth area in 1959 and moved to St. Paul.

Ann married Donald Carter in 1967. Together they raised their family and worked in the used car business. Don passed away in 1994. Ann also worked for years as a meat wrapper and senior companion/caregiver. Ann remained a respected businesswoman along Robert Street with her shop "The Lucky Find".

Ann is survived by her grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one sister; her nieces and nephews. Ann's life was filled with many treasured friends and a special companion (and dance partner), Richard Chock.

Memorial service Monday Dec. 30th, 11 AM at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 Hwy. 65 NE, Fridley. Visitation one hour prior to service.
