Survived by daughters Sicily Shiloh Heim and Jasmine Carlson; the love of his life, Faith Carlson; loving mother, Pat Esposito-Heim; brother-in-spirit, Luke; Aunt, Uncles, Cousins, Close Friends, Pastor Tom Fava and family and friends of Trinity Assembly of God in Johnston, RI and Riverside AG in Gorham, NH. Visitation will on Sat., 8/17 at Emmanuel Christian Center, 7777 University Avenue NE, Spring Lake Park, MN 55432 from 10am to 11am prior to the celebration of Andrew's life funeral service at 11am. Memorial services will also be held at Trinity AG in Johnston, RI and St. Athanasius in Brooklyn, NY at later dates.
